SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
(Revised April 2008)

Each manuscript must be submitted in TEXT file format within the email sent to the Editor. (See below for Poetry submissions.) Only original work is accepted and it must not have appeared elsewhere in print or on the Internet.

If photographs are an integral part of your manuscript the document must be keyed by number to the location of each photograph. However, do not send photos until notified of acceptance.for publication. (If photographs are by other than the author, name and permission to use them must be provided from the photographer or publisher. )
File format for pictures: only JPG and GIF. Bundle photos in a ZIP file for convenience.

POETRY SUBMISSIONS. Submit up to three poems to Poetry Editor, Charles P. Ries. In the subject line of your email enter Passport Journal submission. Send to charlesr@execpc.com

Although no payment to authors is available at this time, each author retains total copyright to the work published.

Check list for every manuscript submitted..
Only one (1) Prose or Article manuscript per submission will be considered-- three (3) for Poetry.
Each submission must include:

[] Full name, street, city, state address (including zip code) .
[] Telephone number where author may be contacted.
[] Date written or copyright date of submission.
[] Number of photographs to be submitted if submission accepted.

When your manuscript is accepted, your biography and a recent photograph will need to be sent to PJeditor5@aol.com
